SONGWRITERS FESTIVAL: September 9 -11, 2010. Come join Panama City Beach as we celebrate a full weekend of talented artists playing the best music around. As many as 21 top artists taking the stage for what promises to be a special weekend entertaining visitors and residents alike. Live music in Panama City Beach like you've never seen before! The stages of Boatyard Restaurant, Breakers on the Beach, Schooners, and The Cantina will host concerts each evening followed by “one for the road” at Firefly before calling it a night.
Thurday and Friday sets run from 6:00pm- 8:00pm and then 8:00pm - 10:00pm. Artist list can be found on the Panama City Beach website. Join us for a "One for the road" jam session at Firefly, Thursday and Friday! Starting at 10:00pm, songwriters will take turns collaborating and making great music. To cap of the weekend, a special Saturday night jam session will take place at Aaron Bessant Park. Bring your chairs & blankets and settle in as this is sure to be a one of a kind show! All 21 artists take the stage at one time with a little help from a back up band to give you a spetacular show!

IRONMAN TRIATHLON: Saturday November 6th The famous Ironman triathlon hits Panama City Beach once again. Participants will swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles and run 26.2 miles. Race starts on the beach behind Boardwalk Beach Resort.
